Honestly, my favourite ASICS trainer just got even better. The new grip is brilliant while keeping that lightweight premium feel. After two 5km runs, I can't wait to take these on a long run.
I'm a big fan of this trainer. In my opinion the Novablast has been upgraded significantly. It feels firmer than the previous version, which suits me. The 5 was a bit too soft for my liking and the 6 fixes that. I could feel the improvement the moment I put them on, and the runs I've had in them haven't disappointed.
Great purchase, amazing trainers. I love the Novablast range — can't find a fault with them.

These should be called the SuperNovas because the improvements and upgrades from the Novablast 5's are out of this world! Bouncier, more energy return, lighter and a newly engineered woven upper. I absolutely adore these shoes. The best addition to my rotation!
These running shoes are amazing. It's like running on cushions. Also I love the blue colour, very vibrant. They are true to size for me. I'm a UK size 8, EU 41 and they fit perfectly. For comparison I'm a 7 in Converse and Uggs but the UK 8 in these is perfect.
Forever one of my favourite running shoes. Comfortable, lightweight, super bouncy and beautiful. My daily option for easy and smooth runs.
The sole isn't well cushioned and they are untypically tight fitting for Asics.
These are so light and bouncy! The addition of the GG Turbo Squared has made a massive difference!
I'm currently training for my first marathon, and the Novablast 6 has been the best for my long runs — so comfortable. The cushioning is so good!
Will only buy Asics from now on! I've never had a new pair of shoes that HASN'T given me blisters — until I bought these. Ran 20km in them this morning first up. No issue. So light and bouncy.
The Novablast 6 feels light, soft and exceptionally energetic. The cushioning creates a lovely bounce and makes every stride smoother, while the updated outsole gives really confident grip. I love this model for daily training, long road runs and faster sessions when I want comfort without losing responsiveness.
Really lovely all-round trainer. Feels a bit more stable than the 5, which I really appreciate. Looking forward to many more kilometres.
I love these shoes. I had them at the beginning of the year to run a marathon and have just bought them again, as I love them so much.
Perfect daily trainer, combining exceptional comfort, lightness and running dynamics. The biggest upgrade is the new premium foam in the forefoot, which gives a powerful, bouncy feel and a propulsive forward push. The main midsole absorbs impact on landing without sinking too much, while also ensuring lovely traction thanks to the improved rubber. The engineered woven upper wraps the foot securely, breathes brilliantly, and the model fits true to size. This trainer is incredibly versatile — ideal for both easy recovery miles and long weekend runs.

Unfortunately these have lost their bouncy, cushioned support. Not very happy and will be going back to the Novablast 5.
I was going to buy the Novablast 5's to replace my 4's but chose the Novablast 6 instead. When I tried them on they felt more comfortable and lighter than the 4's. I wore them for an easy treadmill run of 5km that same day. To my surprise, they squeaked the entire time. I walked through the marble flooring toward the lift and they squeaked then too. Skipping to today, they're still squeaking. I don't dislike my trainers — I actually love them, BUT they are the most annoying shoes I've ever worn. I have over 150km on them in the month I've owned them, and every single time, they squeak. I've taken the insoles out — squeak. I've left them in the sun for hours — squeak. I just want Asics to know this is an issue. It's frustrating in the gym on the treadmill because every stride squeaks, and honestly a bit embarrassing that people I see daily have to listen to it.
Comfortable, feels good and love the colours. Definitely recommend for long runs. I've been wearing these trainers for the past 2 years.
